Refund Policy
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The request is made within 5 days of delivery
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
Note: We do not accept returns for reasons related to size mismatch if the correct size was delivered as per the order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Used or washed items
Customised or limited edition products
Items bought during clearance or flash sales
Innerwear or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
3. Exchange Policy
We offer a size exchange (subject to availability) for eligible products.

4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only:
If the product is out of stock
If we’re unable to fulfill a replacement
If the item is returned and approved by our team after inspection
Refund Method:
Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method
COD orders: Refunded via UPI or store credit
Allow 5–7 business days for refund processing.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Our team will confirm eligibility and provide a return shipping address or arrange pickup (where available).
Ship the product back safely. Ensure proper packaging.
Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund or exchange status.
Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless it’s our error.
